Future Leaders Academy began as an initiative of Building Connections LLC, an innovation company focused on leadership, AI, and workforce development. While FLA now operates independently as a certified 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we remain aligned in vision: empowering people and organizations to grow through connection, creativity, and technology.
Y-PIC is a community-based youth development program in Battle Creek, Michigan, helping students grow through mentoring, social-emotional learning, and athletics. The organization partners with local schools to strengthen attendance, confidence, and leadership while blending academics, teamwork, and character-building.
Known as “The Hub,” FFSH empowers fathers and families in Battle Creek through mentorship, education, and community support. The program provides parenting classes, resource access, and safe visitation spaces while helping men strengthen emotional intelligence, family bonds, and stability.
Girls Teching Over is a tech education and workforce development consulting company that partners with organizations to build tech-ready talent and AI-literate teams.
We work with workforce development boards, colleges, nonprofits, and employers to design and deliver programs that align education with real-world hiring needs. Our focus is practical, inclusive, and outcomes-driven workforce preparation.
